Stockist Terms and Conditions

Applicants are required to supply a current ABN or ACN. The ABN/ACN must be related to the business applying for a wholesale account. We may make exceptions to support small start-up businesses.


14 Day pro-forma accounts.

Once approved as a stockist you are automatically eligible to trade with us on 14 day pro-forma terms.

Please note that failure to pay invoices on time may result in your account being reverted to COD terms or closed.

Accounts not used within a 9-month period may automatically be deactivated. Re-registration for a wholesale account will be required.


Shipping:

We use Australia Post for shipping. Orders are carefully and securely packaged so that your products arrive in perfect condition. Dispatch occurs within 1-3 days of orders received. Goods ordered within Australia locations should arrive within 2-6 business days and 5 -10 business days in busy periods. Cut off dates may apply to orders to ensure appropriate time delivery in holiday periods.

All orders over $300 receive free shipping.


Damages in transit:

From time to time damage can occur during freight so it's important for stores to inspect all items upon delivery. If a driver attempts to deliver a carton which is damaged, or you suspect an item may be damaged, refuse to accept the consignment and let us know by email. In some cases we use multiple courier services who have strict deadlines in regards to the submission of damage claims.

We request any damaged items are photographed within their original packaging as well as additional photographs to outline the extent of any damage within 2 business days of receiving the delivery, please email directly through to hello@treevoice.global. Failure to submit the required information within this timeframe may result in the transit company refusing to compensate for items damaged in transit so we ask for your sincere co-operation to achieve the best result. In some cases the damaged item may need to be returned to us for inspection so please do not dispose until we have advised.


Refund and Return Policy:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with each purchase, however if any of our products do not meet your expectations, then please email or call our wholesale team explaining your concern. All claims must be notified and authorised within 7 days of receipt of goods. Goods returned for credit must be approved prior to return. We will either replace the product or credit your account (less postage costs).
